AUDITION NOTICE

The Mousetrap  A young couple, Mollie and Giles Ralston have started up a new B&B 
in the converted Monkswell Manor. Their first night in business, they get snowed in with four guests and an additional traveller, who ran his car into a snowdrift. Detective Sergeant Trotter arrives on skis to inform the group that he believes a murderer is on his way to the hotel, following the death of a Miss Maureen Lyon in London earlier that night.  When one of the guests – Mrs Boyle – is killed, they realize that the murderer is already there. Each having opportunity or motive, it quickly transpires that the killer could be any one of the guests, or even the hosts themselves.  Hilarious characters with a twist ending,

Audition dates   August 21st from 7:30-9p & August 23rd from 10:30am-Noon.  Callbacks if necessary at the Heritage Theatre 2505 South Highway 89 Perry, UT.  If unable to attend please contact the director to arrange another audition time. Show Dates October 17th through November 8th Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, 7:30 p.m. Matinee – October 25th 2:00 p.m., Saturday.

Cast requirements:

2 women, early 20s to early 30s 
1 women, early 40s to late 50s 
1 man, early 20s 
3 men, mid 20s to early 40s 
1 man, early 40s to late 50s 
Please come with a 1-3 minute comedic monologue (memorized or not) performed in a British accent. Be prepared to read from the script. Must be able to act with British accent.  Rehearsals begin September 2nd.
