Do I need to repurchase my tickets? No. If you have already purchased tickets, they remain valid.

Will my season tickets transfer? Yes, you probably have already received an email from Heritage about the remaining 2026 season shows.

Can I still buy tickets at the box office? Yes. Box office purchases will continue to be available during regular box office hours and before performances, subject to availability.

What is the Online Booking/Processing Fee? The fee is 6% of the purchase.

What if I don’t want to pay the fee? You can purchase tickets over the phone or in person at the box office and you will not be charged the fee.

What if I already have tickets, will I be charged an additional fee? No. All tickets purchased prior to July 16th will not include the fee.

If I need to purchase additional tickets to what I have already purchased will I need to pay the fee? Yes, if you purchase the tickets online after July 16th.
